General

All orders accepted by Agri-Linc are subject to our terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products and specifications may vary slightly. To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by telephone, by email, by post or via the online shop.

Prices may change without notice.  All items subject to availability.

Discounts, Special Offers, Free Item and Giveaways

Discounts, special offers, free items and giveaways on products or services may be withdrawn without notice, are subject to availability and are only valid until the expiry date. If no expiry or end date is present the offer or discount is not valid. Any special offer or discount does not apply to trade or buying groups who are on seperate exclusive terms. Unless specified, special offers or discounts relate to UK only. 

Delivery

Mainland UK destinations: Orders will be dispatched by reputable haulage companies with delivery services to Mainland UK, Highland, Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

Non UK destinations: All non UK destinations will be priced separately, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We have container loading facilities, and regularly dispatch to Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery services: Economy (1 to 4 Working Days) and Fast (1 to 2 Working Days).  

Delivery prices: Carriage cost will be calculated at checkout or if ordering offline the cost will be calculated by one of our team. 

Non-delivery: Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

Payment

We accept payments by bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal or cheque by web site, phone, post or fax. We can only dispatch goods or services to the registered address of the cardholder.  Cheques may be subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.  Credit accounts are available to some customers by prior agreement.

Reservation of Title

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.

Order Cancellation

Stock items may be returned in original packaging and in saleable, unused condition. A re-stocking fee may be charged. Non-stock, special order items or machinery cannot be returned.
